Quality Policy Statement


Manor Developments (Essex) Limited is a business which provides maintenance and decorating services to all sectors.

Quality is important to our business because we value our clients. Our objective is to provide our clients with products and services which meet their needs and exceed their expectations.

These objectives are achieved by placing high importance on ensuring all our employees share the Company’s values. We do this firstly by ensuring all employees are skilled and competent in their role and able to deliver our services to the standard required of them. We encourage teamwork through close communication, supporting awareness, inviting co-operation and participation in the Company’s continual review and development of its delivery of services to clients.

We are committed to continuous improvement and it is a requirement for our employees to work to a set of management policies. Our internal procedures are reviewed regularly and are communicated to all employees on induction with the Company and at the start of contracts where clients have specific requirements or the contract dictates.

We have the following systems and procedures in place to support us in our aim of total customer satisfaction and continuous improvement throughout the business:

  • monitoring customer feedback
  • a customer complaint procedure
  • training and development for our employees
  • regular audit of our internal processes
  • measurable quality objectives which reflect our business aims

This Quality Policy is held within the Company’s policy manual.

Although the Managing Director has ultimate responsibility for Quality, all employees have a responsibility within their own areas of work to help ensure that Quality is embedded within the whole of the company and its service to our clients.
